If We Shadows

Books are meant to make an impact. They’re meant to be devoured and soaked up and read over and over until the pages are soft and worn. They’re supposed to speak to deep down parts of us, making us uncover secrets hidden even from ourselves. The best ones infect us, causing obsession and cult-like devotion. They force us to pass on our disease through gossip and tribute, no matter where we are or what we’re doing…and we delight in it. We call our work a favor and us, angels with mana from heaven. If We Shadows shocks, lulls, weaves and spins. It knocks the reader off-balance with its poetry and allows them to sink into its prose. Horror is never scarier when it’s inside your imagination and If We Shadows won’t let you get away.
